An Objective Resource - After research and strategy is completed, we are often asked by clients to provide review services to ensure continuity and consistency in a brand or marcom program. There are two important benefits to this solution: 1) we provide objectivity, as we're not involved in internal operations at our client companies, 2) our experience with the research on the client's brand or issue has already given us a familiarity with their customers that is usually unmatched by anyone in the client organization.
