One-On-One with Scalability - Our Guided Online research solution offers much of the depth of InPerson interviewing, while being scalable to much larger sample sizes. It's also faster, as it's done over the phone, and interviews typically last from ten to thirty minutes. Guided Online interviews can be done with many different interviewers and can deliver from 25-100 interviews anywhere in the world.

Proprietary Interface - We've found that telephone research is much more effective if customers have an online tool with which to interact with the interviewer and record their choices and data. We've spent years developing this tool, and our clients are always pleased with the richness of the data we are able to collect using it.

Client Transparency - Because we have a centralized research tool, clients can monitor the progress of data and transcript collection during the course of the Guided Online Interview research. This allows them to experience the trajectory of the results and to get a dynamic sense of their customers' perceptions and choices as the research unfolds.
