Based on Research - All strategy solutions are based on one or more of the different types of research we do. We also review and incorporate other forms of research and data collected by clients, but throughout all strategy development, (and long after it) we constantly return to the "raw material" of research - customers' own words that describe their experiences, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs. We find that there's always a new way to interpret this material, even many months after it's collected and analyzed.

Solutions Are Flexible - While our solutions are modular and clearly defined, we can tailor them to the needs of different clients and projects. They're presented almost as a series of recipes that can be combined in certain sequences to produce specific results.

Collaboratively Developed - Strategy solutions are developed with significantly more client participation than our research solutions, as they involve internally-generated initiatives and more direct feedback and planning.
